Constitution Capital Partners’ credit strategy is focused on making opportunistic credit investments in North American middle market companies. We make credit investments across the capital structure, including unitranche, second lien, and other secured loans, as well as mezzanine financings and related equity investments. We invest in both direct lending transactions as well as in the secondary credit markets. Our flexible investment mandate and collaborative platform enables us to provide attractive solutions in changing credit market and industry environments.
The private credit business is led by Daniel H. Clare, Partner and Head of Credit. The Team has significant experience investing in middle market credit via direct lending, club lending, and secondary debt investing. The Team benefits from, and works as part of, Constitution Capital’s broader platform.
