Portfolio Construction:
Constitution Capital selectively makes commitments to a group of premier private equity funds. Each year, we screen approximately 250 potential fund managers and ultimately select about 15-20 managers for our fund of funds. We believe this approach provides investors with exceptional returns, while diversifying across companies, industries, managers, and vintage year.

Co-Investments:
Constitution Capital utilizes its proprietary relationships and direct deal experience to invest capital in a select group of direct investments that are sourced from the firm’s proprietary relationships. These co-investments enhance returns while minimizing fees charged to investors.
